Our wellness program is known as Sarvang Art of Healing under us which gives you a unique and amazing experience of some world-known healing modalities and cow therapy etc. This Program is separate from Yoga Retreat. Sarvang Art of Healing works on all limbs and all sheath of your body deeply.
Sarvang Art of Healing concept is based on Dr. Nutan Kher’s (Holistic Healer)healing based on more than 20 years of healing experience. Yogic part of the Wellness. Retreat will be taken care of by Yogacharya Dr. Pradeep Yogi. This is the base structure of the retreat, some programs can be added on or reduced according to Retreat duration and individuality i.e. 7 days retreat, 14 days retreat, etc.

At Kailasa Yoga School, we have a range of retreat programs, amongst which the 7 days retreat is quite popular. Apart from the regular offerings like meditation, Pranayama, asana practice, and cleansing therapies, you can also lay your hands on Ayurveda consultation from eminent experts. Apart from the above, we also arrange various outdoor activities for our retreat participants. You can also be a part of spiritual discussions and get a thorough introduction to the various tools of yoga.
We have created a schedule that will keep you energetic all day long. We facilitate the learning of yoga, through spiritual avenues rather than just physical ones. Moreover our experts can help you to travel inwards to find answers to questions that have been bothering you for a while. You will be able to identify your true calling, when you enrol for a yoga retreat at Kailasa Yoga School. Our 7 days yoga retreat will help purify the body inside out. According to us, you are what you eat. So, we place a lot of importance on the food we eat. Expect to have sattvic food served to you, thrice daily, once you are a part of our retreat.

Accommodation
The 07 Days Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh is a residential course based at the ashram, which also includes accommodation and fooding. You can book dormitories, single rooms, or double rooms, based on your needs. All our rooms have the basic amenities, as suitable for a yoga student. From clean bed linen and pillows, to running water in the attached bathrooms, hygiene is taken very seriously at Kailasa Yoga.
Some of the inclusions in the single rooms and double-sharing rooms are:

Food
We offer Sattvic meals thrice a day which goes well with yoga practice and meditation. Our management will ensure that you eat light and feel healthy, throughout the yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. If you have any special dietary requirements like vegan meals or diabetic meals, you can inform us prior to your arrival, so that we can make all necessary arrangements.
Your day at Kailasa Yoga School starts with yogic cleansing, morning meditation, and Pranayama. Thereafter, we will teach you various mantras, which will be a part of your morning schedule for the entire duration of the retreat program. There will be asana practice under trained experts, who will explain the procedures well. You will also be able to avail yourself of Ayurvedic therapies at our Ayurveda Centre. In the evenings, you will engage in satsang and group meditation and call it a day.

We will not retaliate against any person for having reported or threatened to report harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or violations of our Code of Conduct or polices, or for participating in an investigation into any of the foregoing. Anyone who retaliates against a person will be subjected to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
We encourage any person — including employees, non-employees, and students — who believe they have been subject to retaliation to inform a supervisor or manager.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or sexual misconduct. We encourage anyone who has been anyone who is subject to this behavior to report it to the human resources department or school management. We will do everything possible to ensure that you are not retaliated against by anyone because you have reported misconduct.
Tuition And Refund Policy Refund Policy At Kailasa Yoga School
Admission Denials
An applicant who is denied admission into the program is entitled to a full refund of all money paid by said applicant.
Cancellations After Three (3) Days but Before Program Start Date
An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation of the program more than three (3) business days after signing the training agreement, but before the program begins, is entitled to a refund of all money paid less the $50 registration fee. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of cancellation.
Three (3) Day Cancellation
An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days after signing the training agreement is entitled to a refund of all money paid. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of cancellation.
Refunds After the Program Start Date
There will be no refunds after the start date of the program. If the applicant withdraws from the program for any reason after it starts, the applicant will be responsible for paying the full tuition, regardless of any partial payments that have been made to date.

Best yog ashram in rishikesh is kailasa yoga. All teachers are very humble and great at teaching. All staff are very good, rooms are also very neat nd clean. It feels like second home. If you want to do any yoga teacher training course or degree don’t think too much just go for it bcz they charge less and give facilities more.
